17. With Respect to Part B land it has to be noted, the above-noted
Judgments in Mahavir (supra) and Indore Development Authority (supra),
were not available for consideration before this court while passing the order
in Unique Wood Product (supra). Therefore the discussion hereinbefore
w.r.t. the non-maintainability of the petition on the ground of delay and
laches would also be applicable to Part B land.
