relies on the judgment of the Apex Court in a case of Mamidi
Venkata Satyanarayana Manikyalarao and another Vs.
Mandela Narasimhaswami and others reported in AIR 1966
SC 470 and in a case of Nagamalai Thevar Vs. Pandaram
and another reported in AIR 1977 Madras 347.
