Praveen Yadav and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 0123 of 2022, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 506, 308 I.P.C., Police Station Shahpur, District Gorakhpur, pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division)-I/A.C.J.M., Gorakhpur, is quashed. The trial court is directed not to proceed further against the applicants accused, as the matter has been settled through compromise and the informant and other aggrieved persons have no grievances against the applicants accused.
