1692, the first principles of law as to how such sale deeds
executed in the face of a subsisting sale deed would be void ab
initio are succinctly and comprehensively discussed. The said

decision would apply on all fours to the present case in so far as
the invalidity of the sale deeds set up by respondents no.2 and 3
are concerned.
