112. Once the proportionate amount of CENVAT credit is reversed,
it is as good as non-availment of the CENVAT credit as has been
held by the Supreme Court in Chandrapur Magnets Pvt Ltd. vs
CCE [1996 (810 ELT 3 (SC)].
