2. Learned Senior Counsel for the Respondents No.3 and
4 submits that, Respondent No.4 (daughter of Respondent No.3)
has transferred 1/5th of the total sum, i.e., ₹ 1,03,12,249.40/-
(Rupees one crore, three lakhs, twelve thousand, two hundred,
forty nine and paisa forty) only, to the Respondent No.2 (the
District Collector), vide Cheque No.000001, of the HDFC Bank,
dated 21-06-2024, from the total amount of ₹ 5,15,61,247/-
(Rupees one crore, fifteen lakhs, sixty one thousand, two hundred

and forty seven) only, received by them. It is also clarified that the
payment is made in response to the Contempt Petition.
