Learned State counsel, on the basis of instructions dated 11.11.2024 received from Tehsildar Dalmau, Raebareli, has submitted that in compliance of the judgment and order dated 23.02.2024, passed by this Court in Writ C No. 903 of 2024 (Ram Kishore and another versus State of U.P and others), an order has been passed on 11.11.2024 and the case has finally been decided. The copy of the said order has been placed before this court during the course of arguments.
