6. Following the aforesaid judgments, the Division Bench of this Court in
the case of Prabhat Kumar vs. Union of India, 2019(3) M.P.L.J. 482 held that the
entry of date of birth in the service book cannot be allowed to be changed at the
fag end of service and the petition was dismissed.
