Act, Police Station Aliganj, District Ambedkar Nagar pending in the court of Special Judge, S.C./S.T. Act, Ambedkar Nagar, as well as impugned charge sheet No. 124/18 dated 01.12.2018 submitted against the applicant under Sections 323, 325, 504, 506 IPC and Sections 3(1) (Da) and 3(1)(Dha) S.C./S.T. Act in the said Case Crime number are hereby quashed in terms of the compromise.
