Both the misc. appeals have been filed against the
judgment and award dated 19.01.2017 passed by the Court of
Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Camp Court, Dudu, District Jaipur
(for short 'the Tribunal') in MAC No.13/2016 (296/15) by which
the claim petition filed by the claimants was partly allowed and the
Insurance Company was directed to pay compensation of
Rs.7,48,000/- along with interest @ 7.5% per annum to them.
