I fail to comprehend whether the said decision
has any manner of applicability in the present
context. It is husband's liability to pay the alimony
pendente lite for sustenance of the wife/opposite
party. The money, which is not immediately payable,
cannot be directed to be adjusted against the present
liability and/or responsibility of the
husband/petitioner.
