Thus in view of the above discussion & observations and having regard
to the fact and circumstances of the present case, an award for a sum of Rs.41,000/
(Rupees Forty One Thousand only) alongwith interest @ 9% p.a from the date of
filing of the petition i.e 07.8.2013 till realization is passed in favour of the petitioner/
injured-Manish Kajla and against the respondents.
