Yet the
trial court has not taken note of the same. It is also submitted that
merely because the rent charged from the respondent was Rs.665/
per month, it would not permit the respondent to raise the height of
the shop because the rate of rent in the market and the shop is more
than Rs.5000/ per month. It is submitted that the report of AW 2
who gave his report after inspection have been simply ignored by
