In fact the complainant has purchased the membership from one Upinder Sood s/o Ram Murti Sood, counsel for the respondent has referred to the judgment of the Hon'ble National Commission in "The Talagang Co-operative G/H Ltd. versus Vandana Sharma", 2009(3) CPC 577, in which it was observed that because the membership was transferred and objection was raised by the petitioner that complaint is not maintainable under the Act, it was held that the contention is without force, the complaint is maintainable in view of Section 3 of the Act.
