It is conceded that in similar cases decided by this
Court in Civil Appeal Nos. 17001-17002 of 2017 titled “Sri
Nagaraju Vs. The Divisional controller, KSRTC” and in Special
Leave petition (C)No.8255 of 2015 titled “D. Krishnappa Vs. The
Divisional Controller, KSRTC”, the punishment of dismissal was
converted to that of compulsory retirement.
