21. It is also relevant to note that the eco-restoration plantation
undertaken by DDA is in compliance of the order dated 11.03.2022 passed
by this Court in the case titled as HT Media Ltd. Vs. Vinay Yadav, being
Cont. Cas. (C) 631/2019, whereby DDA had undertaken plantation suitable
for the floodplains in the subject area and in which compliance has been
called for by this Court.
