4. The High Court of Punjab & Haryana in the case of
CIT vs. Rajamale Educational Society reported in
65 DTR 307 held that once exemption u/s. 12AA
was granted and the same was continuing, the CIT
was not justified in denying approval under section
80G of the I.T. Act.
