12. He submits that the impugned order of the first respondent is in
the line of the decision of S.Nagoor Babu @ Mono case referred to
supra and therefore, this Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed. That
apart, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner
was prompted in paying its tax under the provisions of TNGST Act, 1959
and therefore, it cannot be said that the petitioner was not aware of the
tax liability.
