7. Learned counsel has placed reliance upon a judgment of Rajasthan High Court in Panchu Lal v. State of Rajasthan (1999) 2 Rec Cri R 245, it has been held "summoning a person as additional accused, cognizance could be taken during trial and that no cognizane could be taken after the trial is over."
