01. Through the medium of present Letters Patent Appeal (LPA), the
appellants herein have challenged the judgment dated 19.04.2018 passed in SWP
No. 1030/2012 titled as Vinod Kumar Vs. Commissioner/Secretary, General
Administration Department and others whereby the State Government has been
directed to consider the case of the petitioner-respondent herein for regularization
of his services on the post of Junior Scale Stenographer by invoking the Rule 5 of
the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal)

Rules, 1956 (for short the Rules of 1956) and to accord him all consequential
benefits within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified
copy of the said order.
