It is difficult to reconcile this finding with the Arbitral Tribunal's finding that PCTEL had "left some balance works which had to be got completed by the respondent at its own level/cost".

It is submitted that the Sole Arbitrator has simply reproduced parties‟ arguments in major portion of the impugned Order and the findings are just Arbitrator‟s agreement with respondent‟s arguments. The Arbitrator decided the essential requirements of prima facie case, balance of convenience and irreparable harm based on mere reproduction of respondent‟s argument.
