30. Reliance placed by learned Senior Counsel Mr.
Nanavati upon the decision rendered by this Court
in the case of Gujarat Housing Board (supra) as
well as the decision rendered by the Andhra
Pradesh High Court in the case of Nazeer Hussain
(supra) contending that when there are conflict
between the decisions of co-equal Benches of the
Hon'ble Supreme Court, the High Court has to
follow the judgment which appears to it to state
the law more elaborately and more accurately, is
misconceived.
