The learned counsel for the respondents, Shri Vijay Pandita states that the issue involved in the OA can be disposed of in view of the fact that respondents are considering the candidature of the applicant for appointment on compassionate ground. He produced before the Bench a list of 14 cases in which the status of the applicant is at Sl No.10. The respondents' counsel has also produced before me the order passed by this Tribunal in case of Sh. Sanjay vs. Govt. of NCT of Delhi (OA No.2158/2016 decided on 25.05.2017) wherein the same issue was involved and submitted that the 2 instant OA can also be disposed in terms of the above order. The applicant has accepted the contention of the respondents. He has no objection to this.
