In support of this argument, relied on a decision of the Division Bench of this Court in Hombalamma and Others v Smt. Ningamma, wherein it is held that the Land Tribunal has jurisdiction to determine whether a person is a tenant or not, and that jurisdiction is exclusive. So the question of finding out the existence of prima facie case for reference does not arise.
