Further reliance is placed on the decision in
OA No.324/2013 in the case of Smt. Reena vs UOI and Ors. decided by CAT-
Lucknow Bench on 24th April, 2017 wherein the Tribunal held that the
family Court only has jurisdiction to decide validity of marriage and
matrimonial status of a person.
