At this point it may be noted that reliance was placed on the judgment of M/s. Shalimar Rope Works Ltd. v. Abdul Hussain H. M. Hasan Bhai Rassiwala, and the case of Ashokkumar S. Shah v. State Bank of India, in the matter of service on the Company. I do not propose to go into the issue as in my opinion defendants have shown sufficient cause and for the order that will be passed hereinafter.
