As
a result anything said, done or written by conspirator after the conspiracy
was formed would be evidence against the other, before he entered the
field of conspiracy or after he left it. These observations were relied upon
by the Apex Court in the case of Kehar Singh and Anr. v. State, AIR 1988
SC 1883.
