working on the post of Chief Municipal Officer, Municipal
Corporation, Mandsaur came up before this Court by filing a
Writ Petition challenging the order dated 21/08/2019 passed
by the State Government transferring the petitioner as Dy.
Commissioner, Nagar Palik Nigam, Bhopal. Various
grounds were raised by the petitioner and all the grounds
raised by the petitioner have been looked into by the learned
Single Judge and the learned Single Judge has dismissed the
Writ Petition. The learned Single Judge has placed reliance
upon the judgment delivered by the High Court of Madhya
Pradesh in the case of Sanjesh Gupta Vs. State of MP and
others (W.P.No. 5086/2019 decided on 19/3/2019).
