2. We are informed by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is a
companion writ petition being Writ Petition No. 5175 of 2025 (Shakeel Shakeel
Ahmed Khan & Anr. vs. The Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd. & Ors.)
which also needs to be heard along with this petition. She submits that the
petitioners would intend to move the Registry for obtaining orders of the Hon'ble
the Chief Justice for both the matters to be heard by one Bench. We accept the
request as made on behalf of the petitioners, so that appropriate orders can be
obtained from the Hon'ble the Chief Justice.
