1. The present petition has been filed under Section 378(4) Cr.P.C. by
the petitioner/complainant seeking leave to appeal against the judgement
dated 24.01.2024 passed by learned JMFC, NI Act, THC in the case bearing
CC No 8383/2018 titled as 'NITIN GUPTA v. VIJAY KUMAR, vide which
the respondent no. 2 was acquitted of the offense under Section 138 NI Act.
