State of U.P.), is concerned, the letter sent by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mainpuri dated 18.01.2024 indicates that accused, Pinku @ Pradeep has been released from district jail. Further, report dated 25.01.2024 also indicates that the accused-Pradeep @ Pinku is missing since 11.01.2013, thus, he is absconding, therefore, the said criminal appeal is delinked from the present appeal which would be heard separately on its turn.
