Court, after relying on various decisions including
Dr.Duryodhan Sahu (supra), Saleem (supra) and
Tomy Philip (supra) and after considering the
provisions under Section 15(1) (a) of the
Administrative Tribunals Act held that, any matter
concerning recruitment will be a matter coming within
OP(KAT) NO.115 OF 2023 : 32 :

the purview of the Kerala Administrative Tribunal. This
Court held that a Government Order regarding advise
of physically handicapped candidates can be challenged
before the Kerala Administrative Tribunal since the
matter is concerning recruitment and will come within
the purview of the Kerala Administrative Tribunal.
