Kaushik, submits that the orders dated 31.07.2023
and the orders dated 04.01.2024 have not been
complied with by the appellant-accused (Pinku
Kumar) till day, as the appellant is not coming forth
to deposit the fine Rs.20,000/-, imposed by the
learned Special Judge, Sirmaur, District at Nahan,
[H.P.], dated 26.07.2021, in CIS Case No.22/2018,
Sessions Trial No.22-ST/7 of 2018, titled as State of
Himachal Pradesh versus Pinku Kumar alias Bunti,
whereby he was convicted.
