order dated 29th October, 2025, passed by this Court was challenged by the
Contemnor before the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide Special Leave to Appeal
(Crl.) No(s). 17468/2025 titled Nitin Bansal v. The State of Delhi, and on 3rd
November 2025, the following order was passed by the Supreme Court:
