Vs Deputy Commissioner of Central Excise and Ors., (2015) 8 SCC 519, Hon'ble Supreme Court recognised and provided for the need to adapt the principles of natural justice with flexibility to the facts of the case. The Hon'ble Supreme Court declined to cast the principles of natural justice in any straight-jacket formula. In para 38 Hon'ble Supreme Court stated the law as under:-
