7. The counsel for the complainant argued that since terms and conditions of the policy document were not supplied, hence complainant is not bound by them. We do not find any substance in it. The complainant placed reliance on the law laid down in "ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd. Vs. Gurmeet and another" reported in 2009(3) CLT184-185. This authority would not help the complainant.
