11.1 To substantiate the aforesaid contentions, reliance is
placed on the decision in the case of Nisha Devi vs. State of
Himachal Pradesh, reported in (2014) 16 SCC 392, and in the
case of Sunitaben Mafatlal Vaghela vs. State of Gujarat,
reported in 2019 (4) GLR 2810.
