The Visakhapatnam District Marketing ... vs Government Of Andhra Pradesh And Ors. on 31 December, 1976
This is the view which a Division Bench of the Mysore High Court has taken in regard to the Madras Shops and Establishments Act, 1947, in the case of New Taj Mahal Cafe v. Its Workmen ((1969) 1 Lab LJ 279 at pp. 282-283: (1968 Lab IC 1149 at pp. 1151-52)(Mys). We concur with the view taken in the judgment of the Mysore High Court in the said case.
