1. This appeal has been filed under Section 10 of the Delhi High
Court Act, 1966, challenging the Order dated 21.11.2022 passed by
the learned Single Judge of this Court in I.A. No. 4329/2019 in CS
(OS) No. 2126/2013, titled Charanjeet Kaur Khurana v. S.
Manmohan Singh Oberoi & Others, dismissing the above application
filed by the appellant under Order XXXIX Rule 2A read with Section
151 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 (in short, „CPC‟).
