The contention of the learned senior counsel for the appellant, therefore, was that the finding of collusion, was reversed by the learned lower appellate court, without meeting with the reasons given by the learned trial court. It is contended, that in view of the law laid down by this court in Gurinderjit Singh Vs. Gurdip Singh & Ors., AIR 1972 Punjab & Haryana 322, first substantial question of law, deserves to be answered in favour of the appellant.
