25 In Reliance Infrastructure Ltd. Mumbai Vs. Roadway Solution (I) Pvt.Ltd, Pune (supra), it was held that the parties to the agreement having agreed to a place of arbitration for all disputes arising out of the said agreement shall be subject to jurisdiction of Mumbai Court.
