Reliance is also placed upon a Division Bench judgment of this Court in Mahesh Rathur vs. State of U.P. being Criminal Appeal No.2867 of 2013 wherein the life sentence in respect of offence under section 377/511 IPC was reduced to 10 years imprisonment.
