It is averred that
from the place of accident the deceased was taken to Fortis Hospital, Sector
B, Pocket1, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi where his MLC was prepared. The
deceased remained admitted there till 15.06.2014 and from there he was
shifted to Batra Hospital, MehrauliBadarpur road, New Delhi from 15.06.2014
to 28.06.2014 till he died. The post mortem of the deceased was conducted at
Safdarjung Hospital. It is stated that the petitioners had spent more than Rs.
6,00,000/ on his medicine and treatment and Rs.1,00,000/ on his funeral and
the petitioners had not taken any reimbursement of his medical bills nor he
