Act was registered at Police Station- Mauaima, District Prayagraj on the basis of the complaint by the applicant- victim and trial in the said case commenced against accused after framing of charges on 10.05.2023. He further submits that out of total 19 prosecution witnesses only one witness i.e. P.W.1- Mithai Lal has been examined by the trial court so far. He submits that it would be in the interest of justice, if, trial in the above case is expedited. He prays that necessary directions be issued to the trial court for expediting the trial.
