6. Recently a learned Single Judge of this Court on 11.5.2012 in
the case of M.K. Trivedi Vs. National Cooperative Consumers Federation
of India Ltd. in W.P.(C) No.4942/2011 of the respondent No.1 has also

held that respondent No.1 is not a State and hence no writ lies against it
