to harassment by frivolous suits filed against them. To support his
contention, he has relied upon the judgment in Chairman Madappa Vs.

V.Manonmani (Trustee) and Others vs. Madhavi @ Malathi Serin and
Others reported in 2023 (1) LW 697.
