Statement of Ms. Rebecca John was SC No. 687/16 State Vs. Imran & Anr. 44/109 recorded by the I.O. On 09.05.2011, I.O. had handed over the inquest papers along with one application regarding seeking opinion of weapon of offence from the doctor concerned. He reached Subzi Mandi Mortuary and produced the same before Dr. Akash Jhanjhee, who gave opinion. Thereafter, he came back to Police Station and handed over the opinion along with inquest papers to the I.O. He stated that so long as the case property remained in his possession, the same was not tampered with in any manner. His supplementary statement was recorded by the I.O.
