104. DW-2 Sh. S.K. Tiwari deposed that he was
appointed as Local Commissioner on 27.04.1979 in Suit no.
461/1979 in the matter 'Pritam Das v Charan Das'. He has
submitted his report in Hon'ble High Court on 02.05.1979 in
respect of his visit dated 01.05.1979. He admitted his signatures
on the certified copy of the same from the summoned file of
CS(OS) No. 461/1979 and stated that it was the same report
which he had submitted before the Court.
