On careful perusal of the above decision and particularly to paras 91 to
93 thereof, we find that the finding rendered was not in respect of 'bona fide'
estimate made by the assessee while valuing rent free residential
accommodation provided to its employees. Therefore, in our humble
opinion, this decision too would not apply to the plea of 'bona fide' made by
the assessee which is under consideration.
