In these circumstances as well as in view of the dictum of
the Hon'ble Apex Court in Amardeep Singh's case (supra) and the
Division Bench of this Court in Mridul Panwar's case (supra), I
deem it just and proper to waive the remaining cooling period of
two months for entertaining the second motion between the

parties. Resultantly, the writ petition is allowed, the order dated
19.12.2019 passed by the learned Family Court No.1, Jaipur is set
aside and the application filed by the parties for waiving the
cooling period is allowed.
